Free HCPCS 2013 Level II Professional Softbound
This HCPCS is so easy to read and follow. The index is in the front and appendices in the back. It's not very thick...I like that. It lists the supplies, drugs etc that you need to bill for. The print is easy to read and it is color coded for the differect sections. Highly recommended.

Again, hard to know what codes to use unless you have the book. My psychic powers just don't allow me to magically come up with numbers, dern it.
