Free MDS 3.0 Care Plans Made Easy
The book is what I needed to help me write effective care plans, however the pages were crimped and stuck together. It looked like someone had spilled a pitcher of water on it. I am able to use the book effectively however I was disappointed with the amount I paid for the book and the condition of the book were not complimentary.
