There are numerous pathophysiology books out there, like Robbin's and others that I have a hard time finding a right placement for this unorganized,poorly written, unequally focused, and not goal-oriented book. It looks like authors collected bunch of data and articles about a subject they assigned to write about, piled it in no fashion or orginazation, without pursuing a goal or point toward their readers and printed it as a book. I think most of it is due to lack of patient care experince by those RN's or FNP's writing those material, otherwise they would be able distinguish what is clinically or medically importnat and what is not, because how you can get 2 pages on Iron Deficiency Anemia and 6 pages on Siderblastic Anemia? Remember It's all about the better choice!

This text is fantastic. It's easy to understand and read. I wouldn't purchase the online package. It wasn't very helpful.
