Free Managing and Coordinating Nursing Care
I was mandated to read the book for Leadership class in Nursing. It is surprisingly easy to read, and not bogged down in inflated lingo. If you're a student it's not a bad reading assignment, and if you're a teacher, it's a good book to recommend. They could have put a little bit on Deming and Shackelton if they really wanted to encompass leadership principles though. Maybe they'll make it into the 5th edition.

To me this text book seemed more boring than usual textbooks. Maybe it's because it's so detailed. It is a very thorough book though.
