Free Stedman's Plus Version 2013 Medical/Pharmaceutical Spellchecker
I recently changed computers and had to buy another medical spellchecker. Stedman's is the ONLY spellchecker I use. It's reliable and has tons of words that are accurate according to medical transcription standards. I only wish they allowed a second load of this software, since time my system crashes I must buy a new single-load disk. GRRRR!

This software does not work with the latest version of Microsoft Office for Mac. I had to reload Office 2008 to get the functionality that is necessary for my work as a medical editor.
