Data Structures and Algorithm Analysis in Java is an “advanced algorithms” book that fits between traditional CS2 and Algorithms Analysis courses. I got the book really quickly after I ordered it for a class. While the contents are good, I would have liked it more if the class actually used it for things other than examples.

The book is never superfluous and explains concepts comprehensively and succinctly. Requires a reasonable foundation in programming and abstract problem solving.
