Free Comparative Health Information Management
The book looks basically brand new, but it's the INTERNATIONAL EDITION. The book was shipped from Malaysia. I'm not feeling real comfortable about my purchase now. Who knows how different this book will be. The cover shown on amazon IS NOT the same as the book received. No where did it state I was buying an International Edition. I can't even sell this back to my school bookstore. I'll continue with my review once the class starts in a few days, but I am not happy at all.

The quality and physical condition of this book was wonderful. The book itself? Well, I am glad I was able to get it from Amazon and save some money! The area of health care that this book "covers" is becoming more and more complex, but the information available about it is wordy and vague, while demanding that YOU come up with clear-cut answers to various legal situations that can and most likely will arise at one time or another. This is a fairly decent book of its type, but the main failing of them all lately, is that they are paper-back, they are lacking in detailed information (already stated) and are wildly expensive. On campus, this book USED is nearly $200. On Amazon I got it for around $80 if I remember correctly. Clearly, I will make use of Amazon for text-books in the future - evenso, the prices are difficult to justify. When you can get better and more detailed information from Wikipedia regarding circumstances being "taught" in your text, something is vastly wrong and severely overrated. I needed the books and got them, but as I said, Amazon will be my supplier from now on!
