Free USMLE Step 1 QBook
So far so good. I'm not at the point of taking the USMLE yet, but I have found that the sections are closely correlated with exam questions for my classes. The biochem section, for instance, is great practice for my Biochem and Genetics exams. I have used Kaplan materials for other things and have never gone wrong. Kaplan, in my opinion, remains the gold standard in test prep. There is no doubt in my mind that this book will have benefits beyond my current classes.

How can any book receive 13 Positive Ratings , even though it is released today ?
And what does new edition means ? 1.5 years ago i bought kap. edition 4 (2009), then 6 month ago i bought kap. edition 5 (2011) , and now i bought this edition 6 (2013) - and you know what makes them different ? 1 word change - from - fourth --> Fifth --> Sixth , otherwise - not a single alphabet - "A" has been change . Even number of Pages same.
I had just look the content , Questions & Page numbers of this 6th edition , but , i will tell you more if i find out any word been changed in this book.
In short i want to say , don't waste money on this book if you have access to 4th or 5th edition. Save Trees :-D if you don't have then please buy it , Q&A are very good.
No offense to any fan of kaplan like me .
