If you are a psychiatry resident, you need to get this book! Great resource, but don't be misled by the title..."synopsis" is a misnomer. I bought this because the full two version K & S is too dense. Other book I would also recommend is "Resident's Guide to Clinical Psychiatry" by L. Marangell.
