Excellent review for nclex . The rationals is really helpful and easy to understand . Overall, this book is a good sources to study .

You hear what the teachers tell you. You try to figure out the testing methods. Nothing seems to help with that score. This book did it for me. On the Kaplan tests I average about a 63% (I know sounds really low... just wait! Thats actually not bad!). Since I started reading this book I understand what they were telling me and the last kaplan I got a 72% which is in the 99 percentile. I would say this book is worth it! Maybe start before nursing though. It would save a lot of heartache!
