This was a required reading. I borrowed the earlier edition for class loved it so much I purchased the newest edition for my library.

Contained detailed material related to the majority of content needed. A text that directly related regulatory, ethical and legal issues to the role of the nursing administrator would have been preferred. Legal, regulatory and ethical concepts, principles and issues in nursing administration is related to approximately 20% of the nursing administration American Nurses Credentialing Center certification exam blueprint.
