Free Case Files Obstetrics and Gynecology, Fourth Edition
Very digestible. Easy to read, and easy to remember. It really depends on your learning style, but I find the Case Files series better than trying to memorize lists and lists and lists that are found in other sources.

Very easy read, very clinically relevant. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for the OB clerkship. Doesn't cover everything of course but no book does so complement with UWorld and Kaplan.
