DON'T BUY THIS BOOK if you need the registration code for the online extras. Mine arrived in great, brand new condition but lacking the stuff for Evolve(Elsevier)that my instructors required us to have. Got this book for cheap but if you buy the online stuff separately at evolve.com it will set you back another $80. Better off paying the outrageous prices at your campus bookstore.

I had to get this for a class in nursing school. It has a lot of pictures and notes of normal and abnormal findings which is nice to have. I feel like this is more of a reference book than a text book though. It is really boring to read just for the sake of reading for a class. I found it helpful to look up diagnosis's and read about some of the typical assessment findings.
