Free Mosby's Physical Examination Handbook, 7e
This was a requirement for our physical assessment class and I can honestly say, it was much more valuable than the hardback-that is if you already have good physical assessment skills. If not, get both books. However, the hardback has a critical error re: phalen's and tinel's test-the publisher's made a mistake and mixed them up. Get this book, no matter where you are attending school! It's a lifesaver!

I bought this book for a course I was taking and I love that a huge mandatory textbook comes with a "mini me." The handbook pretty much takes all of the important reference info you'll need during assessment and puts it into this small-fits in your pocket- book. I found the pics and descriptions of different lesions quite helpful when practicing my assessments.
