Free Identity Management: A Primer
This is the first book that I've found that addresses all aspects of identity management rather than focussing on just storing information or controlling access to identity information or one company's products. Some of the real-world comments in the sidebars are the same as we have experienced. I recommend this book to people that are doing their first steps in the identity management space that are looking for good best practices ideas and use cases.

I was somewhat disappointed in this book. While it introduced a myriad of concepts, it tended to do so very quickly, and did not leave the reader with any direction on how to apply those concepts. Examples of specific use cases with some implementation approaches would improve this book greatly.
