Free 2014 Intravenous Medications: A Handbook for Nurses and Health Professionals, 30e
The section on compatibility in drugs is very confusing and hard to follow. I really don't love this book and think it could have been more user friendly.

This is a really good handbook to bring with you in hospital clinicals, as your clinical instructors will surely be drilling you on IV drug incompatibilities! Also - this is a good tool for any RN to have around when working the floor :)
