Free Picture Yourself Learning Corel PaintShop Pro X6, 5th ed.
Ms. Koers does a superb job of very clearly explaining how to use Corel's PaintShop Pro X6. I bought this book because I have two of her other books on how to use earlier versions of PaintShop and very much liked each of those.

I bought this book because it had a lot of pages and I thought I might teach me some of the more advanced techniques. I am a self-taught PSP user and only consider myself an intermediate. However, went through this book page by page, reading some of it in depth, and found that there was very little material covered that I didn't already know. There was not a single 'aha!' moment in the whole book. If you're a beginner and have never used a Paintshop / Photoshop-type program, this is the book for you. If you're already fairly proficient, then don't bother.
