Found the book very disappointing. They took material that is relatively simple and made it more complicated than it needs to be. As an emerging profession I understand they wanted to raise the quality of the material but no need to not be straight forward!

The most clearly written explanation of the need and role of patient advocacy. Jansson is an exceptional writer who can simplify the complex like few others.
