This guidebook has everything you need to navigate Obamacare. I was so excited to find something on the topic written so clearly and concisely. The book provides a brief and relevant political history leading up to Obamacare before including well-defined arguments for and against the system. The most helpful part of the book was a section titled "What Obamacare Means to You" which listed any category of American you can imagine and the effects Obamacare are having and will have on them. You'll be able to locate yourself easily in this portion to find out what's really going to happen to you and your loved ones.
The book also contains important and helpful statistics so all of the information is put in perspective. Obamacare for Beginners uses analogies which make everything easy to understand and avoids using political jargon in order to keep from being confusing. With a convincing argument to prepare you for any opposition, the book ends with a timeline of changes to come and a glossary for any terms you might not fully understand in text. I'm so glad I picked this up - everything makes so much more sense now and I'm grateful that I know what's coming and what I can do about it.
