I would highly recommend this book to assist your personal knowledge in health policy changes currently happening in the United States. ACO and medical homes that focus on patient centered care approach is coming more to the fore front.

Has interesting points; has lots of graphs and tables to make the points clear. I would recommend this book highly but it does not read like a novel.
