This is one of those books that you would want to buy by the caseload to give out to EVERYONE in direct patient care. It's a quick read, but hits all the key points that make the difference between good care and excellent care. When people are hospitalized there is so little in their control. This book really emphasizes how important it is to make them feel that "it's all about" them - nothing or no one else is as important. Well written.
