Great book if you are somewhat familiar with HTML and CSS. I only made it through the second chapter, however, before my husband -- who is in IT and speaks/writes at least a dozen different computer languages -- absconded with it. Like all the "Dummies" series, it is well-organized and easily-searchable if you need help with a particular issue.... or good just to sit down and read. A really helpful feature is the frequent links to web sites with further information.

It's good for what it covers, but the problem is that doesn't cover enough. I prefer the 8-in-1 books that take you from designing a web page to actually installing it online.
