Enjoyed reading this book though "common sense" is a common theme. Did learn some new techniques I can use for teaching. Easy to follow but wish it had more exercises and scenerios.

I have read this book cover to cover and refer to it often. I am studying for my MSN and use this book often as a reference. The book was actually used as a reference in one of my text books which I then bought for myself. Simple to read and understand the most complex etiquette rules.
