Free Crew Resource Management: Principles and Practice
I believe this book should be a 'must read' for all emergency responders. It's one of the first of it's kind to touch on the organizational cultural differences that come with any type of paramilitary groups- firefighters, police or EMS. This is a key point in misunderstandings and how miscommunication can occur. LeSage along with Dyar and Evans, are certainly more than qualified to write on the subject. I recommend it highly.

A must read for any emergency services team leader. The concept of CRM challenges traditional roles and communication patterns during critical events where even small erros costs lives. Paul LeSage is an expert on this topic, and if you ever get a chance to see him present at a conference don't miss it! I've been to hundreds of conferences and never had a single presentation make such an impact on how I run a resuscitation. Really glad to see this textbook out there. While I haven't seen the book myself, I know the author and the topic and it is quite worthwhile.
