This is a required book for school. It is very wordy and confusing. I've read many textbooks and this one, by far, is the worst. I find myself having to read the same chapter over and over to figure out what the author is trying to say. I feel like the author just wanted to get a book written without any regard for those who actually have to read it. I'm also frustrated with my Professor for using this book for a leadership class. There are graphics in the book that 'look good' but make no sense. I'd much prefer a practical book that I can understand than one where the author is trying to show off by using big words in sentences that don't make sense.

This book was the most boring, redundant, book I've read in a while. The author loves to ramble on for eternity on a single thought, but never explains it. Grr. It was infuriating to read.
