Free Lippincott's Manual of Psychiatric Nursing Care Plans
this book is the cheapest one I found and I needed it so It was nice to spend about 40 and not 90 for it like other places

Care plans were a breeze! This book was easy to navigate and has all the information in it needed to complete care plans and have geberal knowledge about Psych.
